If the item delivered is faulty, wrong item or sold out item, we will offer either an exchange and delivery fee is on us. However , for any other reason, we can only offer an exchange and delivery fee is catered by the customer. As per our policy, Refund is only offered incase of sold out items.
Please note we do not offer sizing returns nor exchanges. Be sure of the size when purchasing. Our WhatsApp representative is ready to help with this..
You pay only what our riders or shipping company charges – we never charge extra handling fees!
When you provide a delivery address on the shopping cart checkout page, you will receive our most accurate shipping rate quote based on your location through WhatsApp.
Although we make every effort to ensure these quotes are accurate, we reserve the right to rectify delivery fee if rates are lower than your location.
